Over the years I have sound, but developing a sweet snack to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. I truly believe that deprivation leads only to disaster, but on the other hand, this mantra too literally and applied too liberal, is also a recipe for failure. These snack balance between pleasure, portion control and healthy ingredients. Even better, they are quick and easy!
Five sweet, healthy snack
1. Peanut butter and banana sandwich.
Great for aEnergy boost. Use 2 slices of bread. Slice half a banana (or less) level (does not contain hydrogenated natural oils) up to 1 tablespoon (or less) natural peanut butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

2. Yogurt Parfait
This filling, refreshing, and just as good as ice cream on a summer day. Use 1 / 2 cup of yogurt is not clear. Slice 1 / 2 apple, sprinkle with raisins, walnuts and a bit 'flax flour. * Also, be replaced with Quark!

3. Fruity Ricotta
Rich in protein, low fat. It makes a good light meal. 1 / 2 cup ricotta cheese 1%, 1 / 2 slices of mango, raisins. * Can be replaced with yogurt!

4. Dried Fruit Trail Mix
Great for energy, healthy fats and fiber. 1 / 4 cup dried fruit (apricots, cherries, strawberries) 1 / 4 cup of almonds and a touch of raisins and sunflower seed shell.

I see corn as junk / sweets. I nevereat breakfast, but will have as a snack. Satisfies the desire, fortified with vitamins, and if served with skim milk adds protein and nutrients.
